Just caught this at the end...Pelosi was being interview live on CNN, and she was spewing about the Bush failures..The CNN anchor was asking a few tough questions, interupting Pelosi, not letting the wild charges be go unchallenged, when Pelois, obviously annoyed, said "Well, why don't you quit your job ( at CNN) and got to work for the Bush White House?"
I would have loved to see LaBarre take Soledad O'Brien out like that.
The Dems are a pack of petulent, immature, petty brats. It concerns me that only 51% or so of the nation realizes this, but if the 51% holds, that's enough to keep them out of power until the current generation of Dem "leaders" dies off.
How dare the MSM veer their questions away from the Dem's talking points! /s
#380 is INAUDIBLE
UGH! Is that a real (i.e., unretouched) photo?
If that's a little ol' Italian Grandmother (her term), God help their family at mealtime.
so glad *someone* watches CNN ... thanks for taking on that duty.
It does appear to have a little touch up work done on it.
Great photo of Pelosi!
Thanks.
Wouldn't it be fun if Lynn Cheney tore into Gov Blanco today? I'd pay to see that.
I heard Major Garrett on Hannity this afternoon. He is not dropping this story. He is going to interview the head of the Red Cross and investigate all correspondence and phone logs between the State of LA and the Red Cross.
Way to go Major!!!!
They
just
can't
stand
the
heat.
Listen, today I think we witnessed Pelosi's meltdown!
did you notice how combative she was even before the interview began. "It's not what I feel, it's what I know!", she said to dispute Kyra. Then not pronouncing Kyra's name right. The best is , finally, her version of her conversation with Bush got challenged BIG TIME!!! And the challenge rang true, because Pelosi couldn't even remember what was discussed at the meeting.
You know how all the democrat officials in Louisiana have cried, broken down, lost it on camera? Tim Russert lost control of himself on Sunday, exposed his bias, now Pelosi totally loses her composure.
I think it's fun to watch because we know why this is happening. New Orleans, and Louisiana, special Democrat cess pools of corruption and incompetence, are about to be opened up for the whole country to see. Like the proverbial can of worms!
These democrats are fiercely attacking Bush and FEMA to seize control of the conversation. It's a desperate attempt to protect themselves.
Pukelosi has had one to many facelifts. They have squeezed what few braincells she had out her ears. What a Bitch. Doesn't it just frost you how EVIL DUMS never miss an opportunity to exploit death and destruction. Sick SOB's
I know this is about CNN, but I'm watching the News Hour with Jim Lehrer. Senators Collins and Lieberman are being interviewed. Senator Collins mentioned that the leadership is setting up a bipartisan and bicameral commission to study reaction to Katrina, to which Lehrer responded, "by bicameral do you mean Democrats and Republicans"? I was totally stuned that Lehrer didn't know that bicameral meant Senators and Representatives.
Polosi is fun to watch. In fact, all high up Dems are fun to watch. I'm having a ball watching them make fools of themselves. I don't dare rent a movie from Blockbuster, this live stuff is great. They should start a new fall TV series, "The Idiot Democrat for This Hour".
Rush is right again, when they are cornored they are funny. Sit back, watch and enjoy.
Hugh Hewitt just said it was the Red Cross AND the Salvation Army blocked by LA politicians.
Her tirade was not Bush bashing. You can find the transcript of the interview by clicking here. It starts midway down the page. Phillips does interrupt the interview to get news from Karl Penhaul but goes back to Pelosi afterward. Read it and then you'll know what you're talking about. It's about the closest thing to fair I've seen on CNN in a long time. I really see nothing that places blame specifically on GW. Perhaps you can point it out to me.
Me, too.
