Spend some time hanging around the projects and you would know what I am talking about. There is a reason many of these folks have lived on the public teat since the 1960s. It has nothing to do with situational poverty or oppression. It has to do with culture and lifestyle choices.

I understand the generational curse of welfare many of those stricken have never been able to break themselves free from.

What I detest is making light of the suffering they are going through now.

It is inexcusable.
