What about the city transit buses then? They are good enough for the rest of us, but not those poor folk? He had hundreds of those kicking around as well.

The plain fact is he had around a thousand buses at his disposal. If there are 10,000 dead people in NO, that's blood on his and that ding-bat Blanco's hands, because the evacuation plan clearly states that those buses are the primary method to be used for evacuation. They failed to follow their own state plan.
