A LA Legislator was on TOny Snow's show this morning. He said they are starting up recall petitions to get her out of office. The way I heard it, he was talking about Impeachment, not recall.

The legislature itself has the power to start the process without the public being involved. But he and half of the legislature would have to put their names to it. Looks like he doesn't want to be on record.

Is there recall for the LA governor? I didn't think there was. I know the TX governor cannot be recalled.
