Good gad. They've got a cat 5/4 coming at them and they're worried about litigation? Something else to thank the Dems and the freaking trial lawyers for. I think the staffers who bailed on those folks should be brought up on charges.

Mayor Nagin actually said in a press conference before the hurricane that he had to check with his lawyers before calling for a mandatory evacuation!!!
