The public must be educated about states rights. They are woefully unaware of how our government is supposed to function after eight years of the Clinton Gore regime.

And yet Fred Barnes raised a compelling point on Brit's Special Report Wednesday, saying that states cannot be allowed to have the power to veto life-saving measures in emergencies. He said, as we all know, that the current system works very well if you have a Giuliani or a Haley Barbour [sp?]or a Jeb Bush as governor. But when you have someone who resists [common sense], there has to be a back-up plan.
