Funny, according to brainy liberals the people of New Orleans are still dirt poor after decades of government transfers and trillions spent on the War on Poverty. But that's the wonderful thing about idiot socialism. It never shows any results and the solution is always the same.
My thoughts exactly....the intentions eliminate the need to examine the results.
