It's so good to see you, if only for a little while. How did your day go!?

Mine was good--even got off a little bit early--that's always a good thing! LOL!

Still hot in your corner of Texas?

Visitor at the Wall

He reaches out to touch black granite memories that won't die of a place where even those who lived are dead.

Buried memories rise into the light angry and unbidden taunting one yet here with the cries and the pleading eyes of
men long gone.

His soul gives way to that putrid jungle stench of death walking in days of now through fears of then.

Touching names in endless stark white lines with death still warm engraved for those who know a peace he longs to find.

~~ By, Karen Briggs ~~

God Bless America And Our Great Military
May Our Heros Forever Rest In Peace, and
May They Sit On Right Hand Of The Lord

Howdy LUV!

I'm glad you had a good day, and a little extra free time!

Still pretty warm here, but so much better than a couple of weeks ago. I can actually tell a little difference, expecially in the mornings.
