Listened to Weldon today on Michael Smerconish at 1210. Paraphrasing but heard the following..

He said the following - he has another witness that will testify at the hearings that he was ordered to destroy the AD documentation and data. That person will testify as to who gave that order.

Weldon indicated that the hearings may be postponed by a week due to the untimely death of Chief Justice Rehnquist.

He has also spoken to Spector about issuing subpoenas to the two companies involved in the project to produce the equipment (servers) used in the project. There is a chance that if they have the equipment, they can recover some of the data from the hard drives, etc.

I believe at the last count is was over 100 people dead that had dealings with bill.
