How are they going to recall her when New Orleans is effectively out of service for the next 6-12 months?

There is no gubernatorial recall in LA, and the legislature is solidly pro-Blanco. People there admire her and like having a "woman" governor.

"time to recall her NOW."

Louisiana Gubernatorial Recall Petition signature requirements: 33.3% of eligible voters for office at time of last election.

Petition circulation time: 180 days.

Results of successful Recall: Recall Election would be followed by separate Special Election for a successor.

Blanco refused to allow Red Cross and FEMA to bring food and water to Stadium!!!

Gee, there's one executive decision she was able to make in a timely way.

time to recall her NOW.

I agree. And not a moment too soon. Having no governor would be better than having her as governor.

"Why, if we offered food and water at the shelter, people might be tempted to go there and use it."

This woman is certainly comprised of weapons-grade stupidity. She should be locked away for the good of society at large.
