And some people want to give to charity?Amazing, isn't it.
Maybe it's a good thing I gave before Congress started talking $. Especially now, I can imagine some people would be thinking, "I gave at the office," and I can't say as I'd blame them. Congress is certainly trying to be the nation's charity. FEMA might as well be trying to put the private charities out of business.
