A paramedic heading home from an overnight shift was killed at dawn Tuesday when a motorist - an illegal immigrant with a lengthy rap sheet - plowed into him on a rural stretch of Sierra Highway, the Highway Patrol reported.
"It seems like it's always the good guys, you know?" ... "Mike was a total family guy, a good friend and a hard worker. He always volunteered when we needed someone to help out."
Sprinkles was heading home to Lancaster after a 24-hour shift at Los Angeles County Fire Station 107 in Canyon Country. Coming the opposite direction was Juan Bibinz, 38...
Bibinz had been driving recklessly and crossed the double-yellow center line south of Davenport Road, where his vehicle slammed head-on into Sprinkles, Hahn said. Bibinz suffered minor injuries and was treated in the jail ward at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center.
He was arrested and upon his release will be booked on suspicion of felony manslaughter and reckless driving resulting in death...
Bibinz, she said, is an illegal immigrant who has been arrested a dozen times and was deported once to Mexico. He has been convicted of four felonies, drug charges, thefts and a count of willful cruelty to a child, for which he served five days in jail. Bibinz did not appear to be intoxicated, she said.
Bibinz was most recently arrested July 18 on suspicion of petty theft in Hawthorne and was released the next day, sheriff's records show.

And Mexico keeps sending us hundreds of thousands of their criminals...millions have already invaded... nice society America is turning into.
Export him to N.O.L.A., and then shoot him in the streets!
Here's what's wrong with what you said. First off, you are wasting ammo. Hanging would be the smart, efficient way to go. We can always use the rope again. We don't want to waste precious gas taking him to N.O.L.A. when we could just hang him where he is. LOL
And a 2,000 dollar debit card just to show there are no hard feelings.

The problem was that he couldn't get a legal California driver's license. This tragedy could have been avoided had he just been licensed. There's a good chance it also would have prevented the flooding in New Orleans. When will we learn?
very sad, and good ideas, yes.
Ping!
Every Californian needs to contact his or her state assembly member to protest SB60. Giving illegal aliens privileges of citizenship only encourages more to come, which means more of them on the road. They're terrible drivers.
Call and write assembly members and the Governor (the vote is coming up soon).
They hear you just fine. But they aren't going to do anything about it until you can think of a way to force them to.
