This information should be BLASTED in the headlines.
The illegal immigrant advocates (ACLU, natch) would screech up a storm, but the public has to put the pressure on Bush, Congress and each state to hammer the illegals.
The damage they do IS completely preventable.....simply by sending them (and their children) back home. Their American-born children can return when they are 18.

Time to shut down the illegals traffic and throw out the illegals. Time to $everely punish those who hire illegals and those who enable them with phony documents.

I agree they have let him go way too many times before, but I think the release here refers to the hospital, then he goes before the judge.

Uh, call me crazy, but shouldn't he have been deported STARTING WITH THE FIRST OFFENSE? Maybe after he gets out of prison for this particular felony, he'll get a shot at killing a few more innocents before they send him back to Mexihole.
