I also asked a conservative coworker about it and she said I should remember that ignorant people say ignorant things.
I'm gonna be watching carefully and if this loud mouthed ignorant liberal nitwit continues with these comments than I should go to her manager about it.
My worry is that her manager is probably a liberal hate-Bush type that it wouldn't make much a difference.
But I DO know that, if he is elected, Rus will do everything in his power, wherever possible, to lift the yoke of government from the shoulders of the citizens of Erie County and reduce their tax burden. I sure wish I could vote for him. We all know he is one of the good guys. I admire him tremendously for getting involved in his local government.
Way to go Rus!
LOL. That is certainly good news, seein' as how this hostess completely messed up the schedule by posting TODAY when it was actually Billie's turn. SHEESH!
Well, at least y'all are getting a nice buffet out of the deal, and Billie gets the day off! ;-)
I would say, report her to the FBI. That is a serious threat against the President. Even though I am sure she is NOT a threat to the President and is just mouthing off, I believe they will contact her and inform her that she is NOT allowed to threaten the life of the President, whether she has any intention of following through or not. If nothing more, it will shake her up a bit. I think the FBI takes ALL threats seriously, as they should.
How can I get a hold of thier phone #?
Thanks, LadyX. Yes, I know well the emotion behind that photograph. When I came across it, I knew it would make a wonderful pledge graphic. :-)
Thanks, Dolly, and yes, those ovals are made in PhotoShop. :-)
Have you named your puppy yet? I still like Maggie's suggestion...."Hardy".
Have a great day, Sistah.
A Finest Good Morning to you, MEG!
I'll take all the votes I can get....
LOL!! Sounds like a plan!
That Dutchess plane graphic is one of Billie's BEST animations. I love it.
Have a good day, dear Sistahs.
Good luck!
Hahahaha....me, too, Lori!!
I was gonna be on hand to "pour the coffee and tea today"..:))
Love the graphic!

I was gonna be on hand to "pour the coffee and tea today"..:))
I know, and I feel very bad about that, but you are doing a Fine job of pouring coffee and tea today anyway, and you are very much appreciated.....EVERY DAY! :-)

Erie county is split into 15 districts, each district is represented by one legislator who represents about 60,000 residents.
Combined they make up the county legislature. I will represent 3 towns and a portion of another.
The county governments have out lived their need, and it is time to eliminate it all together, really eliminate county government is the objective, yes I am running to put myself out of a job to help save the residents of this county and try to stop the exodus of the population to the south.
We have 9000 employees, all with pensions, healthcare, and benefits you and I could only dream of.
We have created the biggest political threat to the status quo they have ever had to face. 7 legislators have decided not to run again, county comptroller resigned, sheriff resigned and we will take out the rest.
We are 118 million in debt for 05 and 130 million in debt for 06. We no longer have the population and tax base to continue on this road to destruction.
If we don't succeed, it will be hopeless for this area and hopefully the people realize it now. We will find out next week.
Thanks Meg!
IMO, if more people would stop griping about the current state of affairs in our government and get involved, as YOU have, we might be able to start solving some of the problems that are eroding our government as it was intended to be. Those of us who aren't in a position to run for local office can at least get behind those who are making an effort to upset the status quo.
