Offers of aid and assistance from countries around the world in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina continued to pour in Tuesday to the U.S. State Department.
So far, 94 countries and international organizations have offered aid, according to a State Department spokesman. Here is its partial list of nations from which the United States has received support:

Saw on TV where Mexico sent a convoy of 45 large trucks loaded with water, baby formula, food, blankets, etc. They interviewed people saying that they wanted to help their american neighbors.
NATO is 'helping to coordinate' contributions from the Europeans? I mean, I do appreciate their offers of tents....but then NATO has to organize it? LOL.
I don't know if you watched O'Reilly tonight but he criticized Japan a bit and Canada was mentioned but as he said "I will give them a pass..." I guess they are contributing oil to the upper midwest states.
I did see the show, actually! That is one reason why your post attracted me. Thanks for posting this information. I'd be more likely to give a pass to Japan and lay it on Canada. Canadians are becoming more and more Eurocentric...blah.
