Sean Penn is bailing out that boat with a dixie cup, no gloves, no hip waders, not protection what so ever. I would say that Sean needs to see his physician in the near future, he could become a victim of e-coli, dysentery, etc. It was truly not a smart move on his part do even go out in a boat with the proper protective gear.......Not smart at all.
The guy is a complete moron, and this picture is priceless.
