I'm watching the repeat of O'Reilly and I think his comparing the different donations of our allies to the Katrina relief fund is in very bad tastes and I'm surprised Tony Snow would take part in such a petty segment.
I am extremely touched by the out pouring from the global community. Some of those in the Tsunami region have pledged money for those hit by Katrina, I find that very touching and even if they were offering lawn chairs, I salute them for being there for us when we need help. Kuwait pledged 500 million dollars, Kutar pledged 100 Million, and some very poor nations have offered support that many would consider small, I DON'T. The fact that Schrilanka offering money after what they went through after the Tsunami is a very touching act of appreciation and should be taken as a very generous donation considering what they have been through

I saw that- Kuwait is in my mind the new Great Britain- our new best friends. The people of Kuwait truly love America for what we have done for them.

I wish Mike my country would offer more so much for the Blair Bush relationship. I know we have flown meals over (some daily ration packs) but it is well known that we have some of the best bridge builder/engineers in the world why have we not deployed them to help with the levees and the broken bridges. Money and goods are fine but often what is needed is expertise.
