Great Job, as a Native of Terre Haute, IN, you ALL make Me Proud !!!
ping
Fabulous FReep! Wonderful pictures! Thank you one and all for coming out to support our troops!
When you look at the pictures of the two groups - it's reight out of the 60's - they're all hippies .. LOL!!
Indiana, you do us proud.
I have one question - why do FReepers look so good and leftists look so ugly?
Looks like you guys turned out in great numbers! Big Thanks!
And to you, Glenda, who's Freeper name GovGirl can't remember.
Hopefully, the rest of your group will chime in so we can thank them all.
MAJOR ACTION PING 9/7/05:
Earthdweller, GovGirl--The story on your protest in today's 9/7/05 Indianapolis Star written by Kevin O'Neal (sorry, it's a Gannett paper) says that you "counterprotestors" had "messages spray-painted on the pavement".
I DON'T THINK SO; spray-painting the sidewalk sounds like an Earth First-type maneuver. Please e-mail Mr. O'Neal at kevin.oneal@indystar.com and get a correction in the paper!
With all the major local TV coverage of the clean cut all-American folks in our group I think that was probably the best the lefties could do after getting trounced.
I didn't notice anything on the side walk when I was there and the people living in the houses on that street came out to join us! So if someone in OUR group had done that I'm sure they would not have been so cordial.
Besides, you are right, anyone could have pulled that little stunt.
My guess is that the local paper missed the story on the day we were there and came the next day in response to a request by the Bus group.
Lefties do sneaky things in the dark.
The spray paint was painted by someone not affiliated with us. A neighbor of the North Meadow Circle of Friends painted the street. The man was an independent counter-protestor who acted without our groups knowledge or consent.
The only painting we did was for the MOAB.
I just checked them all and there is NOTHING on the walks on our side or theirs during the time that we were there.
If the lefties that insinuate that our group did this would post a picture of the "spray painting job" I will be happy to post my pictures but I'll wait until I see their "evidence"...Tee Hee....LOL
God bless all you beautiful troop supporters and FReepers in the Hoosier State!!! BTTT!!!
Way to go guys!!! And the "bus" moves on...lets hope FReepers and patriots continue to face off with the moonbats as long as they keep going.
Woohooo!! I graduated from Anderson U! :o)
It was a pleasure to be there and I'm glad that I was able to come and support the troops.
Many thanks to those who came last Saturday to make the signs!
US Armed Forces - the true freedom fighters!
Thank you for supporting us! It is nice to see true patriots standing up against these traitors. As a soldier for 21 years, I applaud your efforts!!
Dontcha just love it when a plan comes together!!!
The pictures on the steps are just wonderful as well as the ones where you all lined the street.
Superb!!!!!
Wish I could have seen your showdown on the Circle!!!
I had such a great time. Every muscle in my body ached when I got home and I almost lost my voice!...tee hee.
My favorite part was when they got tired of us yelling, "Where's your flags?" and then someone went out and got some tiny little flags and handed them out to the commies so they wouldn't look so bad! Bahahahaha!!!
