Genius if your objective is to create conditions of permanent oppression and civil war in Bosnia. Some people simply CANNOT live peacefully with each other. Serbs Croats and Muslims for instance. Better to attach the Croat and Serb areas of Bosnia to Croatia and Serbia respectively. The borders of Bosnia reflect provincial boundaries of the Hapsburg and Ottoman Empires, not demographic reality. The history of Christian minorities in Muslim nations is rather grim. Islam does not work or play well with others.
