Well . . . I'm glad. All of America will see their hate and vitriol. And movie box office receipts will plummet.

And then they will have to split their microscopic ratings between alllll of those channels! Wouldn't it be awesome if Little House on the Prairie got better ratings? LOL!

CNN is suing to allow them to show video of the morgues with the dead bodies.

they wanted to sanitize 9-11, no pictures of people jumping, no pictures of the corpses on the sidewalks - but they want to hang Bush with the photos of the morgue.

One other thing that Chrissy didn't bring up --- Mike Brown HAD to be confirmed by the Senate..and Rush said he was approved by all on a voice vote...so, them's the breaks, dems..

I was thinking of you the whole time I listened to Rush...when he brought up your thoughts that the dems have been PRAYING for another terrorist attack so they could start from the first second...just bashing the hell out of him...

There are so many things needed. She is at a shelter in La. today. No showers, no clean water to wash hands, running out of waterless hand sanitizer.

They need diapers, wipes, and baby powder. Folks are getting rashes and the powder will help. She is working in Red Cross shelters but suggests taking these items to local Salvation Army centers and asking for delivery to La. Shelters.

Not all shelters are like the Astrodome in Houston. Many of the displaced folks have no transportation to anywhere else and no money to move. Most want out of shelters, a hot shower, and a suitable home.

They were aware of the FEMA cards, but have yet to be told they are not coming in La. Most planned to use them for transportation out of La.

I called all the local grocery stores and asked, begged them for supplies to be sent to Baton Rouge, donated supplies, one called me back and is trying to get a semi together with the above mentioned supplies, we will see.

Please help me in this effort. Just because the mayor and Governor are goofs, people should not have to suffer. Some of these people have not seen good water in almost 2 weeks.

As to Mort saying that about Honore and Allen- he should be ashamed of himself. Sometimes I think these talking heads scan the headlines before hopping in front of the cameras. Most of us on FR know more of the facts and background of Katrina than many of these people...
