More from Paul Williams. Factcheck required, but probably mostly accurate, IMO.

The terrorist was last seen in Mexico, where, on Nov. 1, 2004, he allegedly hijacked a Piper PA Pawnee cropduster from Ejido Queretaro near Mexacli to transport a nuclear weapon and nuclear equipment into the U.S. The plane's tail number was XBCYP

LOL

So why would someone hijack a plane to smuggle a nuclear bomb into the country?

That's the last thing they'd do. They don't want to increase suspicion and increase the chances of getting caught by using a stolen plane. A nuke would be their most prized possession. They'd just buy a plane and quietly bring it in.

It is these sorts of claims that make me not buy the story. They simply don't make sense. Of course bringing it over the border in a small plane doesn't really make sense either...

To prepare for this mission, el-Shukrijumah, along with fellow al-Qaida sleeper agents Anas al-Liby, Jaber A. Elbaneh, and Amer el-Matti, was sent to McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, a facility that boasted a five-megawatt nuclear research reactor, the largest reactor of any educational facility in Canada.

At McMaster, where they may have enrolled under aliases, el-Shukrijumah and his associates reportedly wasted no time in gaining access to the nuclear reactor and stealing more than 180 pounds of nuclear waste for the creation of radiological bombs.

How do you walk out of the door with this much stuff and nobody misses it?

I'd have an easier time believing this if he could provide a shred of evidence to back his assertions. How does Williams know that the crop-duster was stolen to fly a nuclear weapon into the country? How does he know there will precisely seven nuclear attacks? How is stealing 180lbs of 'nuclear waste' (what kind?) connected to setting off nukes? Radiological bombs and nuclear weapons are totally different things. Or is this part of another attack plan the intrepid Williams has smoked out?

Highly dubious.

This guy has a US passport,180 pounds of radiological waste, and the ability to blend in. This could be really bad.
