GOOD GOD!!!! At least 1658 state government owned buses within an hour and a half of N.O.
This is just N.O. and Baton Rouge.

Listen, it was bad enough that the the Hurricane Center woke up Nagin Saturday night to insist he evacuate NO, and then you want him to stay up and do all this work? It was Saturday night...
