This video is fun to watch, but it's not the General's dynamite press conference which came later in the day, which was a joint press conference with Chertoff and Honore. I'm convinced now, CNN is not going to post the transcript of that, I've been checking all afternoon!

I got the best explanation of what CNN is doing in the way it's covering the hurricane. "Playing to their audience". That must surely be it. CNN might have figured out the majority of viewers will never come back to CNN, they're watching FOX, so why not concentrate on their base, the far left fringed few, and foreigners who groove on CNN International. CNN's biased coverage of this hurricane can't be explained any other way I can think of.
