uh, ya to say the least, but the southwest side of Houston is much worse IMHO than downtown,,,I say they take those gang punks down to southwest side and stand em on a street corner, give it 5-7 minutes and chances are our thugs here will get em with a random drive by shooting,,,,

At least here our gangsters have decent aim and rarely take out bystanders.
