I know that Texas prides itself on taking care of the bad guys. And I love that attitude.
I'm going on what was reported by a relief worker on this thread last night.
There is a police scanner online that listens to the Astrodome. NOTHING like that has been reported. Six *attempted* rapes, swiftly taken care of. No *actual* rapes. One person beaten by police for attempted child molestation in the Convention Center - that was a rumor.
Find the original post, if you would - I think you (or they) are mistaken.
