possibly to next Monday....I KNEW IT...I knew that idiot Specter would cave to the dems on this!!! grrrrrrrr!!!!
don't sweat it, Roberts is in, the delay is only a matter of decorum until Rehnquist is laid to rest. the thing to keep an eye on is the 2nd appointment.
