wouldn't Witt coming down to "oversee" this catastrophy be a conflict of interest? I mean, it's his plan that has failed.

Let's make sure that gets posted on every thread blaming President Bush, the military or anyone else for this mess. It seems the "PLAN" either didn't work or wasn't implemented.
