Nagin and Blanco have both certainly lost control of both themselves and the situation. For the sake of their communities, they should both resign immediately.

Nagin and Blanco have both certainly lost control of both themselves and the situation. For the sake of their communities, they should both resign immediately. The problem with that is, Is there a competent replacement on hand for either?

Nagin is an incompetent fulminating idiot, and Blanco is a living example of why one should never vote for a woman just for the sake of getting a woman in office. GOV Blanco, the time for a nervous breakdown is after the crisis has been handled.
