Someone just asked a good question on talk radio... what ever happened to the prisoners in NO and did that contribute to the shootings, rapes and murder.

Someone just asked a good question on talk radio... what ever happened to the prisoners in NO and did that contribute to the shootings, rapes and murder.
The last I heard some of them were holed up at the Superdome and some at the convention center. I bet they wound up in Houston. I think the thugs in the streets were street gangs.
