An aside, foreign nationals have been treated very well in China (before communists took over) by the Chinese during disasters, the Chinese understand the rules of civilized behavior very well. Dr. Martin should read a little of his own nations pre commie history.

Yep - I think they were bumped ahead to make up for the fact that the buses they paid for earlier were seized.
