Where the HELL are the Marines? Gov Blanco, just what do you think 300, THREE ZERO ZERO armed National Guard troops can do to solve this level of chaos? You have the authority Gov. Send in thousands more armed troops or ASK President Bush to send in the regular Military. YOU have the authority. USE IT. If you will not, GET OUT OF THE WAY

As I pointed out IN THE POST you just responded to, is that W WOULD send in the Marines IF Blanco would ASK for the troops. Bush has NO legal authority to order troops into a DOMESTIC law enforcement issue. The Gov of the State has to ASK. So PLEASE put you emotions in check and actually READ the WHOLE post before you fire off any more of your kneejerk ignorant responses.
