Ungodly unbelievable ... were all those poor people finally rescued?
At some point, there will need to the the equivalent of Nuremburg trials for some of these bastards.
Put them all on chain gangs to rebuild New Orleans.
did they arrest the thugs, shoot them, etc. Bet not. What City gets these guys now?
This would be a good personal story segment for O'Reilly.
Incredible survival during anarchy story. Please read the linked story. It was probably played out thousands of times in thousands of ways.
This is what social breakdown looks like. This will happen to any large city, if the power and water go out for days.
Armed citizens or police/guard?
Why weren't their throats cut as they snoozed?
Problem solved.
So the only change from their normal daily routine was the use of boats instead of cars. These gangs inhabit every progressive city state. We now know why they should not.
I think the scum are going to be spilling out everywhere, continuing their savage thugism on US. I can't wait until they get a taste of TEXAS!
Im sure some of them have reached Dallas now. The one bus that crashed today was heading toward Shreveport or Dallas. Some idiot on the bus started fighting with the bus driver and caused the accident.
On the other side, some good news
Check pictures at Post #15 about Fort Chaffee in Barling, Ark. They're opening up the barracks.

...I have some selected quotes about the importance of the Second Amendment and how it relates to the NOLA situation.
To sum up, it's the best argument for a free and armed citizenry so far. Weapon, water, food.
Yes. He should do a spot on this. He sould interview Willie Jenkins.
***.......Ashamed of community
While many are blaming city, state and federal leaders for the mess in New Orleans, the former hostages tend to be kinder - and more ashamed of what members of their community did.
In part, Willie Jenkins said, the suffering was a result of the pride and stubbornness of New Orleans citizens. Partly, he blames the neighborhood toughs who saw the storm as the chance to briefly seize power.
He hopes, he said, that people elsewhere in the United States recognize that most of those left homeless by Katrina are hard-working family people who happen to live in a poor neighborhood. They should not, he pointed out, be confused with the thugs.
"But," he added sadly, "I guess everybody is lumped together, the good and the bad." ...........***
This situation demonstrates how thin the "veneer" of our civilization really is. I would guess that these thugs are a small percentage of the whole population in New Orleans, but they have been able to wreak havoc and make the situation much more unbearable than it would have been. Did anyone see O'Riley night before last?..I am through with him..His attempts to scapegoat the authorities in this situation were absolutely despicable. This national tragedy is a first for our nation in our lifetime and like all first tragedies, the people who end up doing something about it, whether individuals or the government, have to come up with a plan after it becomes clear what that plan needs to be..Add to the initial chaos and confusion these thugs, who are much worse than animals because they can think and scheme, and you have an almost uncontrollable situation for a time. The thugs and those, like the talk show hostess, who support them should receive the ultimate punishment..They have caused many unnecessary deaths...
"Put them all on chain gangs to rebuild New Orleans."
Rebuilding New Orleans makes about as much sense as having a cancer removed from one part of your body and then transplanted to another part.
But with 25,000 in each of three cities...is Texas reasy for this?
It's a famous tourist site, and they would be stupid to put an end to that. Residential areas should go onto higher ground. Use the chain gangs to build New New Orleans for that purpose.
