Hopefully, someone is putting together a timeline of Katrina's path, the forecasters predictions, what the local NO government, the LA government and the US government(including FEMA) were doing (or not doing) in the DAYS leading up to landfall. I believe the pieces will fall into place and, at least, some people will realize where the "blame game" needs to start.
