Apx 300 buses sitting underwater in NO.
Mayor didn't have to rent them, Had them, didn't utilize them and now they are under water.
Because they have been flooded with salty water, the buses will have to be scrapped.
We, the federal taxpayers, will have to buy new school buses for New Orleans because their idiot bureaucrats did nothing to remove the buses ahead of time. That is, of course, beside the point that the ruined school buses could have been used to take people out of the city before the hurricane hit.
