If you read more of the reports, the eye of the storm barely left Mississippi 24 hours later. I don't see how they could of got supplies in much quicker. The only answer would of been to have stockpiles stashed someplace in NOLA.
I'm not blaming President Bush. I am saying more could have been done to warn the people of New Orleans.
