what's action items were in the plan:
#1 - Buses will be needed for evacuation. Therefore, allow all the school buses to remain at the depot to flood.
#2 - Civil order will be crucial when federal aid needs to arrive. therefore, NOLA police officers will resign and go AWOL from their posts in droves.
For those of you old enough to remember 1977, that sounds a lot like the Chicago Machine apparatcniks that were responsible for that city's blizzard plan, who only came up with that plan well after the blizzard of 1977 (need I mention that it also sank the Machine's mayor, Michael Bilandic).

Do you actually think there will BE any hearings? I doubt it...the Dems, although they are the MINORITY, hold too much sway. They have the MSM on their side 24/7.
