The Red Cross in Madison said a couple from Kenner, La., just outside New Orleans, arrived Friday and sought some assistance.
Their 34-year-old son from Madison and his wife had been visiting the couple before the hurricane. The family evacuated the area but couldn't return to Kenner, in part because of washed out roads, and then they drove to Madison, Red Cross spokeswoman Barbara Behling said.
