saw it on CNN myself Well, the mayor of Waterworld doesn't really matter anymore. He's just reacting to the chewing out on top of feeling responsible for the deaths of thousands. Pray for him. He needs it.

Did any of you guys see some actor on FOX News a short while ago? He said something to the effect that one of his family members had seen an empty barge hit one of the levees, and that's why it broke. If this is what happened, it really puts to rest some of the criticisms on this issue.
