Well, the mayor of Waterworld doesn't really matter anymore. He's just reacting to the chewing out on top of feeling responsible for the deaths of thousands. Pray for him. He needs it.

The frustration is understood. Personally, the mayor will get added to the que for prayers. The innocent will top the list. The mayor will get squeezed in right before the child molesters. Unfortuntely for him, that will be a posthumous event.
That is so funny, " Water world" rings a bell. I wonder if he can get "Flipper " to be his City Manager? He is ready for the "rubber Room", I wonder if it is water proof? This is probably "serious as cancer" to quote James Traficant, but we need a little levity.
