It sure seems that the state government and the Black Caucus are trying HARD to make sure they don't!!
Unfortunately for the idiots, all the people that they would be trying to reach are either already in Texas, on the way to Texas, or have no way to hear them (except for the few poor slobs that are going to get the shaft again by being shipped to that airpark, who will remember who did that).
Thats the truth, you would think they would be more careful to be less obvious.
