Between the FEMA tankers and the restored TX-LA-MS-AL-FL pipelines, fuel should be back to the SE shortly.

As another sign of the gas problem easing in other areas..I noticed it dropped 10 cents near my home in Fort Worth. The 1st drop since Katrina.
