Thanks for the info about the bus delay. However the evacuations are going fast and furious now, I hear, and that's really great news.
Yes - now they're using methods that don't require the LSP, as they can. Trains and airliners, then buses, in that order. Thank the COE for getting the rail system back online in short order.
I think the LSP liason is still missing.
