Shep even had to tell BOR, "hey... you want an eyewitness report from the area... I'm just telling you what I'm seeing." Geraldo was being Geraldo, but the same people are in the same fix now, begging for help for their dying babies and elderly. Steve Harrigan was around the same misery. All three reported the same innaction and BOR callously dismissed them all.... reported on Aruba shortly after.

The truth hurts, and many don't want to hear it. They want to think of all those stranded people as "vermin" and "they deserve their fate".
