Mayor said the same thing and was cursing. I think it was a radio interview. Also talked about how fast we helped in the Tsunami disaster.
He also said he was told by the Governor that 40,000 people were coming to help.
He said "Don't lie about 40,000 people coming to help"
I pray for him. I don't blame him at all.
I think he is realizing that he could have risen to the occasion, but he was ham-strung (on purpose?) by the Governor.
