2 questions
1. Is it possible that if the levy were stronger that the eventual failure could have made the flooding faster and harder when the inevitable happened?
2. Why cannot the city/state etc fund the levy's if they are so critical? No one stopped them to my knowledge.
I agree with you. That's why I'm so upset that this article is posted in Australia. Even across the world they have people believing that the hurricane devastation is entirely W's fault.
That is exactly what this is like.
