" Jackson questioned why Bush has not named blacks to top positions in the federal response to the disaster, particularly when the majority of victims remaining stranded in New Orleans are black: "How can blacks be locked out of the leadership, and trapped in the suffering?"

The Mayor of New Orleans said, "get off your asses" not, "send in the asses." In this case a first class Assclown, asshat, and assbag!

Sorry. I'm venting. I'm furious. This "man" is not a leader and is everything wrong with New Orleans. In fact, the death of his fellow citizens are more his blame, I should say, more of the ilk like him, are to blame for this massive tragedy and loss of life. His encouragement of government dependence has contributed to creating a class of people who cannot do anything for themselves, imprisoning them within the confines of America's most seedy slums.

Never once do you hear this horse's ass encourage people in time of need, solidify their faith in God, or even give sincere words of hope. This man is a national embarrassment, regardless of the color of your skin.

Unfortunately, the black communities in our country unrelentingly cling to this man like a beaten child does to their abusive father, like mindless lemmings, he continues to lead them into the abyss of despair and poverty while he fills his own pockets with money and feeds his ego with empty praise.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to spew, I've had a hard day and there are many of my colleagues in Pascagaoula, MS that are hurting and suffering; still, many are unaccounted for.

No Mr. Jackson, it doesn't take a black person to help a black person, it just takes someone to put aside their bigotry to help a fellow human in need; unfortunately, you sir, have not.
