I would add professional incompetence and a complete inability to make sound logical decisions under pressure. The story is starting to appear that President Bush was the only smart, decisive person in the chain of decision-makers, and Bush told the governor and mayor to order a mandatory evacuation.

thanks, defender....and hopefully, it gets out to the common folk, not just those who take the extra steps needed to find the truth and get beyond the media spin., that....The story is starting to appear that President Bush was the only smart, decisive person in the chain of decision-makers, and Bush told the governor and mayor to order a mandatory evacuation.
