I don't care about his English skills. Any 20 year-old who hops behind the wheel of a bus for the first time and drives a bunch of refugees on a five-hour ride should immediately be named Chief Bus Driver for New Orleans, the State of Louisiana, or whatever.

Heck -- let him serve as the UN's Grand Master Bus Driver for All of Mankind.
