Wolf asked if the delay in getting help to NO is racism and Cummings said he's not sure and hopes not. Moments later claimed that had the faces on TV been white, surely help would have been rendered more quickly. Man has no sense of embarrassment or understanding.

I am not sure what you are talking about. Is it the buses that were sitting there unused that could have taken people away from NO?

I especially liked his statement about how who lives and who dies is coming down to the color of their skin.
And the flip side of that coin is

......mostly WHITE, caucasians searching and rescuing all those black survivors while musician Wynton Marsallis and the Black Caucus remain hundreds of miles away, dry, clean shaven and inside air conditioned buildings. Don't expect them to get down and dirty with their suffering brethren. It's simply too icky for them to fathom.
