I know what I'm about to say is harsh and not politically correct. However, it's come to the point where I just hate urban black culture. I hate the hip-hop and rap pseudo-music. I hate the arrogant, nasty, chip-on-the-shoulder attitude. I hate the fact that some 70% or so of black babies are born out of wedlock into a fatherless home. I hate the mindless whining about whitey and "the man," which substitutes for standing up on one's own to feet and making it in this world. I hate the gangs and drugs and lawlessness and tendency to riot that always simmers in black urban centers, hurricane or no hurricane. I hate the constant whining about how bad their schools are, and how it's considered "too white" to study hard and make good grades.
It's at the point where I think...hey! Why should I care about them if they don't care about themselves.
